In the event of a claim,

If your client or you (referred to as the Insured) are covered by a Freeman McMurrick policy and circumstances arise that may lead to a claim, you can notify us in three simple steps:

1. Download the relevant claim form using the links below
2. Complete the Insured’s details
3. Send a copy of the completed form back to us via email, mail or fax
